Jews and other pro-Israel supporters in cities in the United States and France gathered yesterday to express their solidarity with the State of Israel and condemn PLO terrorism. In Paris, well over 100,000 demonstrators took to the streets in support of Israel and in denunciation of the recent wave of anti-Semitic attacks throughout France. The rally was the largest Jewish gathering in France in a decade. Smaller marches also took place in the French cities of Strasburg, Lyon, Toulouse, Marseilles, and others.

Rochester, NY: Over 1,000 Jews gathered for a rally outside Temple Brith Kodesh on Elmwood Avenue to express their solidarity with Israel. The Jews of Rochester, NY are encouraging other cities throughout the world to host similar rallies in support of Israel.

San Francisco: 1,000 people rallied for Israel yesterday, in response to a Palestinian march half that size. Organizers say this was the first time the city had more pro-Israel demonstrators than the opposite.
