On Monday, the unseasonably warm weather across Israel continues with dry heat in the mountains and inland areas, and humidity along the coastal plains.
Monday night’s forecast calls for mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, with a chance of mugginess in the northwestern Negev and coastal plain.
The expected highs for the day: 38°C (100.4°F) in the Golan Heights, 41°C (105.8°F) in the Kinneret, 31°C (87.8°F) in Haifa, 30°C (86°F) in Tel Aviv, 34°C (93.2.6°F) in Jerusalem, 37°C (98.6°F) in Beer Sheva, 41°C (105.8°F) in the Dead Sea, and 42°C (107.6°F) in Eilat.
The hotter than seasonal temperature are set to continue through the coming week.
