Former Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will depart tomorrow for New York and Washington to explain official Israeli government policy. He has done this in the past at his own expense, but this trip will be as an official of the Israeli government - although he plans to emphasize his own opinions on certain issues, such as the need to deport Arafat. \"Just as the U.S. wants to get rid of Saddam Hussein,\" Netanyahu said he will say, \"Israel also feels the same about Arafat. We will not allow the principles of fighting terrorism to be violated when it comes to Israel\'s fight against Palestinian terrorism… The [government] must make sure to complete the mission. You can\'t uproot half a cancer…\" He specifically attacked the European Union\'s hypocrisy in condemning Israel, the victim, instead of the \"murderer who signs checks for the suicide terrorists.\"
