Prime Minister Ariel Sharon phoned former PM Binyamin Netanyahu this afternoon to inform him of a decision to include him in the official public relations campaign of the Israeli government. Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, Maj.-Gen. Giora Eiland, and others participated in the deliberation. In the session, it was noted that the double message emanating from different government sources -- describing Arafat as both peace partner and enemy -- harms Israel\'s image. It was concluded at the meeting that only one message would be transmitted regarding Arafat and Israel\'s military offensive: Arafat heads a terrorist regime which must be uprooted. Netanyahu and Sharon will meet after the conclusion of Passover to further discuss Netanyahu\'s official role.
