(29 March - 00:04) 21 persons were killed and over 150 wounded in the Wednesday night suicide bomb attack in the Park Hotel on King David Street in Netanya. The Hamas terrorist from Tul Karem detonated the powerful explosive device after the dinning hall was occupied by about 250 guests who came to take part in the Passover Seder meal. Over 150 persons were wounded in the blast that ripped through the room, resulting in blocks of concrete falling from the ceiling and walls collapsing while glass windows blew out.



The wounded were transported to seven hospitals. By Thursday morning, about 70 persons remain admitted with some 20 still listed in serious and critical condition.



Many of the guests according to hotel management were elderly area residents. There were also tourists from Europe. Officials announced the bodies have been identified.
