Despite all, a new public movement aiming to lift the public morale will begin activities tomorrow. The organization, \"New Spirit,\" plans to erect 30 stands throughout the country, to be manned by 1,000 volunteers. They will give out little Israeli flags and explanatory literature, will accept blood donations, and will conduct play-stations for children.
