The Supreme Court dealt another blow this morning to the nationalist camp. It ruled that each contested incident during the intifada of the late 1980\'s must be individually judged to see if Arabs are eligible for compensation from the State. Today\'s ruling was a rejection of the State\'s appeal against a Nazareth District Court ruling that ordered the State to compensate Arabs who were hurt during that period. The Court ruled today that a differentiation must be made between Arabs who were hurt in justified military actions, and those who were hurt by civilian police.
