A battalion of combat soldiers that has already served some seven weeks of reserve duty in the past six months is ready to serve again. In letters to the Prime Minister, Defense Minister, and the Chief of Staff, the soldiers write, \"We want you to know that the noise coming from the direction of those few who refuse to serve in Judea, Samaria, and Gaza is just that - noise, and nothing more.\" The battalion\'s medic, Sgt. Yaakov Felheimer, said that the group is comprised of people from all sectors of Israeli society - \"religious, secular, right-wing, left-wing, city people, moshavim, etc.\" - and that 93% of the group signed the letters.

\"We are all very busy,\" Felheimer told Arutz-7 today, \"but we know one thing: We are facing a bitter war for our existence, and if we don\'t all enlist together to fight it, we soon won\'t have many opportunities to be busy… When soldiers and officers refuse to serve wherever called to do so, this is a factor in helping to destroy us from within. We have already heard Hizbullah leaders brag joyfully that their efforts are bringing about the disintegration and crumbling of Israeli society from within. We won\'t let this happen, and I call upon Attorney-General Elyakim Rubenstein to use the tools at his disposal to put a stop to it.\"
