U.S. Vice President Richard Cheney will arrive in Israel this afternoon, his last stop on his multi-country Middle East tour. He will visit Yad Vashem with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, and the two will conduct a working meeting at the King David Hotel later in the evening. After visiting President Moshe Katzav at the latter\'s residence tomorrow morning, Cheney will meet again with Sharon, and the two will hold joint press conference at the Prime Minister’s Office. Cheney, who did not have great success in garnering Arab support for the upcoming American attack on Iraq, will end his visit in Israel tomorrow - although he may remain longer if a cease-fire and the beginning of diplomatic negotiations are announced.
