Rubbing their eyes in disbelief, security coordinators in Gaza and IDF officers there yesterday heard Supreme Court justice Ayalah Prokatzia issue a restraining order forbidding the army from razing structures along the Kisufim route and near Netzarim. The houses have been used to hide terrorists while they attack and kill Israeli targets. The suit against the demolitions was submitted by Arab MK Muhammad Barakeh and the Arab residents of the buildings. The restraining order is in effect for two weeks, until the State formulates its position on the matter.
