Following today\'s murderous attack on the Tunnels Highway between Jerusalem and Gush Etzion, Mayor Eitan Golan of Efrat was asked how is it that despite the deployment of many security forces in the area, the terrorists still manage to place bombs, perpetrate shooting attacks, and bring about the closing of the Tunnels Highway almost every day? His response:
