Although the IDF announced that it would be attacking PA positions all day, the actual Israeli response to the recent terrorist massacres has so far been weak. In one air raid late this morning, two PA para-military police officers were killed at a PA checkpoint near Salfit in the Shomron. PA sources say that tanks stationed outside Psagot fired at Ramallah targets, including a PA police vehicle; one Arab was killed. Israeli helicopters also bombed a police station not far from Arafat\'s compound in Ramallah,



Government spokesman Aryeh Mekel told the French news agency, \"Yasser Arafat gave a green light to the Palestinian organizations to carry out this wave of terrorism. There is no longer any difference between the various organizations: They have all chosen the way of terrorism, with Arafat\'s OK.\"
