Off-duty Jerusalem police detective Superintendent Moshe Dayan was murdered by terrorist gunfire near Kedar, in the Judean Desert area on Saturday. His lifeless body was found riddled with bullets on Saturday night.
On Saturday night, at about 7:15pm, a suicide bomber detonated a powerful explosive in the Beit Yisrael neighborhood of Jerusalem, killing 9 and leaving over 55 wounded. 26 victims of the attack remain hospitalized this morning, with 6 in serious condition, including 4 youths and children.
This morning, shortly before 7:00am, terrorists opened fire at the Wadi Charamiya Checkpoint between Ofrah and Shilo in the Shomron. 9 persons were massacred, including soldiers and civilians. At least 2 others were wounded seriously and 1 moderately.
A short time later, a bomb was detonated against an armored military vehicle in Gaza near Kissufim, followed by gunfire directed at soldiers. 1 person was killed and 3 wounded. They were transported to the trauma unit of the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba. Their conditions are unknown.
