Center rivals Yair Lapid and Moshe Kahlon both arrived Tuesday morning to vote in elections for the 20th Knesset.

Lapid arrived, along with his wife Lihi Lapid, to a polling station in the swanky Ramat Aviv neighborhood of Tel Aviv, while Kahlon voted in the northern city of Haifa.

The Yesh Atid Chairman spoke about the future and his party's commitment to the Israeli people.

"We are here to fight for the state of Israel," Lapid stressed. "It is possible to establish a good government that will bring hope to the state of Israel."

Kahlon, on the other hand, discussed his return to politics after resigning from the Likud in 2013.

"We are at the conclusion of a long and exhausting campaign. It's a great feeling, a lot of energy and good vibes," the Kulanu Chairman stated.

"It was not an easy decision to leave the home I grew up in," Kahlon said of his departure from Likud, "but politics is a path, it is not a building.  Social issues must be dealt with by political parties. I stayed on the social path."
