Third Victim of Karnei Shomron Attack Succumbs; Rachel Thaler, 16

Rachel Thaler, 16, who died last night of injuries she sustained in the Karnei Shomron suicide bombing attack 12 days ago, will be laid to rest this afternoon in the Karnei Shomron cemetery. She is the third fatality in the attack that left some 30 persons wounded, mostly children. Rachel\'s brother Lior, who was also wounded in the attack, is listed in moderate condition in Schneider Children\'s Hospital in Petach Tikvah.
