Yeshiva Opens Outside PLO Mission In New York

With the snip of a blue ribbon, three dozen university students inaugurated the \"Shalhevet Pass\" Yeshiva last night outside the PLO Mission to the United Nations in New York City. Shalhevet Pass was the 10-month-old infant murdered in her stroller by an Arab sniper in Hevron last March. The grassroots movement \"PLO Out of NYC\" is sponsoring the Yeshiva in an effort to engage in continuous Jewish study in memory of Shalhevet and other victims of Arab terror outside the PLO office. A New York City Councilman has introduced a resolution calling on the Bush administration to list the PLO as a terror organization, thus paving the way for the removal of its UN Mission. Similar resolutions have been introduced in the New York State Assembly and in the US Congress. The students plan to remain until the PLO is evicted from their NY office.
