Israel confirms that the PA arrested this morning the two murderers of Rehavam Ze\'evi and a terrorist who planned the murder; they were hiding in an apartment in Shechem. Israel has made Arafat\'s release from his house arrest contingent upon the arrest of all those involved in the assassination; only one of these is still at large, in the Ramallah area. Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze\'evi, considered the most right-wing of the government ministers, was assassinated in a Jerusalem hotel on Oct. 17, 2001.
