The Supreme Court will rule today on the legality of the army\'s demolition of Arab structures near the Kisufim Crossing. On Tuesday, the army destroyed several structures that had been used by a terrorist the night before to hide behind before he murdered three Israelis. Before it could complete the mission, however, an Arab MK filed a petition with the Supreme Court demanding an end to the demolitions. The Court issued a restraining order, and will deliver the final verdict today. The houses were used again yesterday by a terrorist who shot and lightly wounded an Israeli motorist near Kisufim.
