The Palestinian terrorist attack on Sunday outside a school in Be’er Sheva that left two Israeli women soldiers dead was another example of the fact that the PLO considers all of Israel a legitimate target for its “Greater Palestine” nationalist campaign. Mr. David Bedein, investigative reporter and Bureau Chief of the Israel Resource News Agency, says that contrary to some Palestinian propaganda campaigns that emphasize only Judea, Samaria, and Gaza, attacks in places such as Be’er Sheva show that these are also places that the Arabs hope to one day take over.
Bedein told Arutz-7\'s Josh Hasten today that the maps issued by the PLO specifically mention Be’er Sheva as one of the targets that Arabs should take “by any means possible.” Bedein’s agency has conducted an interview with PLO “Refugees Affairs” chief Daud Barakat, in which Barakat acknowledges that the Arabs have a right to take over cities like Be’er Sheva in “any way they can.”
Bedein says that the PLO-sponsored website features intricate maps of the Israeli towns that Arabs intend to one day conquer. Some Arabs who hold citizenship in Israel have also formed organizations whose goals include strategizing towards an Arab takeover of pre-1967 Israeli towns with significant Jewish majorities, such as Netanya, Hadera, and Haifa.
