As IDF operations to both rescue the three youths kidnapped last week and crackdown on Hamas, the terrorist group believed to be behind the abduction, Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz visited troops taking part in Operation Brother's Keeper to brief them on the importance of the their mission - as well as the IDF's rules of engagement.
