The Supreme Court rejected today two petitions against Israel\'s policy of targeting and killing known terrorists. The suits were submitted by an Arab MK and a dead terrorist\'s wife, respectively. The judges adopted the State\'s position that these actions are part of a war, and are therefore not judiciable. Hon. Eliyahu Matza said that even a mere restraining order against the policy is out of the question, \"as it could cost lives.\"
