Knesset Speaker Avraham Burg has decided that he will travel to Ramallah, but \"not now.\" He said that the one thing that would prevent him from going to Ramallah would be if it violated the law. Burg promised to bring the matter up for Knesset debate-and-vote a full week before he decides to go. Sixty-two MKs (out of 120) say they do not want Burg, in his official capacity, to respond positively to the invitation he received from PA officials to visit its legislative body. The government, President Katzav, and the GSS are also against the visit.
