Here are the numbers of today's (Tuesday) flight of new immigrants ("Olim"): 331 North American Olim, 125 young men and women who will be joining the IDF, 41 families, 88 children, 47 singles, 92 Olim moving to Israel’s periphery.
Among the dignitaries expected at the arrival ceremony at the Ben Gurion airport are Minister of Immigrant Absorption Sofa Landver, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset MK Penina Tamanu-Shata *(Yesh Atid) and Head of IDF Manpower Directorate, Major General Orna Barbivai.
The Nefesh B'Nefesh Aliyah operation is taking place in full cooperation with the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, The Jewish Agency for Israel, Tzofim Garin Tzabar, Keren Kayemeth Le’Israel and the Friends of the IDF (FIDF).
