IDF forces withdrew from the Ramallah neighborhood of A-Tira this morning, ending a week-long presence there. The area is home to many senior PA officials, including Tanzim terrorist leader Marwan Barghouti and PA Intelligence Chief Toufiq Tirawi. The army took over the area after the Bat-Mitzvah terrorist attack in Hadera in which six Israelis were murdered. Other IDF forces continue to surround Arafat\'s headquarters in the city.



In other IDF activity last night, a reconnaissance force briefly entered the PA-controlled village of Taluza, northeast of Shechem, and arrested two wanted Hamas members. The two are suspected of terrorist activity against IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians… Security forces safely neutralized a bomb found this morning near Beit Fouriq, in the Shomron… Three Arab-fired Kassem-1 rockets landed near the Erez Checkpoint in northern Gaza this morning; no one was hurt…
