Palestinian terrorists attacked a civilian convoy in Gaza this morning in three different ways, yet no one was hurt. The would-be murderers fired at the vehicles while setting off a bomb against them at the same time. Minutes later, they targeted the convoy with a missile, one that Israeli sources said was not immediately identifiable. The Izzadin el-Kassem faction of Hamas claimed responsibility for the triple attack. IDF soldiers responded by firing at the PLO attackers, and a heavy battle ensued. No IDF fighters were hurt.



Palestinian terrorists resumed fire against the southern Jerusalem neighborhood of Gilo this afternoon; no one was hurt… Terrorists shot at two cars leaving the northern entrance to Efrat, in Gush Etzion, this morning; one woman was reported to be suffering from shock… Later today, a bomb was found near an army position close to the site of the above shooting. The device was neutralized without incident... A bomb was detonated late this morning against soldiers in the Shomron, west of PA-controlled Shechem... Soldiers near Rafiach, at the Israeli-Egyptian border in Gaza, were attacked with grenades... The army position next to the Gush Katif community of N’vei Dekalim was targeted last night with anti-tank rockets; no one was hurt in these incidents...



The forceful explosion heard early this morning in Kfar Darom, Gaza, was that of an Arab truckload of explosives blowing up on its way from one terrorist location to another. Two terrorists were killed in what is dryly called a \"work accident.\" The Islamic Jihad announced that the bombs were to be used in an attack against Kfar Darom.
