Date Marinade:
4 tbs. silan (date syrup)
garlic cubes
salt and black ground pepper
3 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbs. apple vinegar
Honey Mustard Sauce:
4 tbs. honey
2 tbs. mustard seed
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 cup olive oil
salt and coarsely ground pepper
Indian Barbecue Sauce
1 can coconut cream
1 tbs. curry powder
1 tsp. turmeric
salt and white pepper
Green Barbecue Sauce
1 tbs. dried coriander
1 tbs. each dried parsley, oregano, basil, dill
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 cup olive oil (200 m"g)
