Four border police are suspected of stealing about 1,000 shekels from PA residents at a Tul Karem checkpoint on Friday. The border policemen involved have admitted to the accusations. Officials are now searching for the victims to return the stolen money to them.

In an Arab village near Maale Adumim, police yesterday confiscated computers and other paraphernalia used to produce forged Israeli identification cards, entry permits to pre-1967 Israel for PA residents, and passports. One person was placed in custody, and a second suspect is being sought.
