The level of the Kinneret: 213.07 meters below sea level. The level has risen a steady but very slow 20 centimeters a month all winter, and water officials hope that it will be able to climb at least another 7 centimeters to reach the \"red line\" before the rainy season ends in the coming days and weeks. The \"red line\" is that below which the government determined that the Kinneret must not be allowed to fall. Strict water-usage limitations are planned for this summer.
