A bomb was detonated against the vehicle of an Israeli motorist late last night near the army\'s battalion headquarters in the Shechem area… An Israeli motorist was targeted in a stone-throwing attack near the Shomron community of Ofrah this morning… A terrorist suspected of firebomb attacks against motorists traveling on the Ramallah bypass road was arrested this morning in the village of Hizma, on Jerusalem\'s northern border... Security forces yesterday safely neutralized an explosive device on Mount Eval, east of Kfar Saba… Last night, Arabs fired at an IDF vehicle escorting a civilian bus near the community of Homesh in northern Samaria… No injuries were reported in any of these incidents.



The GSS revealed today that it arrested Hamas member Osama Zohadi Hamed Karika who was sent to Saudi Arabia to get funding for and instructions on how to build a rocket. Documents were found on Karika describing in great detail the assembly process of the Kassem missile in the Gaza Strip, those behind these activities, financial costs and the intentions of Hamas in Gaza to transfer the accumulated knowledge and experience to their cohorts in Judea and Samaria.



Karika turned over to his investigators documents that he had been asked to convey. Security sources said that the activities of Karika\'s handler Nidal Farhat, and his intentions to duplicate the missile manufacturing process in Judea and Samaria, are known to the Palestinian forces, which have taken no action against him so far.
