Indian security services in the Kashmir yesterday apprehended a five-member terrorist cell, some of whom are affiliated with the al-Qaeda terrorist network. The group was planning to attack Israeli and American targets in the Indian capital, New Delhi. According to Indian sources, the cell includes an Arab from the Palestinian Authority, a Pakistani sent to establish an al-Qaeda cell in India and two Indian police officers. Indian police are now engaged in a manhunt for an Arab who is suspected of having assisted the terrorists.
