Two Israeli-Arabs were charged in the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court yesterday with planning a chemical attack on the wedding hall of Kibbutz Glil Yam, near Herzliya. The two Arabs from Tira received an explosive device containing chemical agents and nails from a Fatah terrorist, and were paid 20,000 shekels to plant it amidst a Jewish crowd. Intelligence information helped Israeli agents find the device buried in the yard of one of the suspects. The accused claim that they chose not to go through with the attack.
