Some 1,000 people attended a memorial service in Jerusalem last night, marking the first anniversary of the murder of Binyamin Ze’ev and Talia Kahane. The couple, killed by Arab terrorists as they drove home to Tapuach, left six orphans aged 10 and under. The police decided to allow the memorial service yesterday, after they prevented it several weeks ago. This time, they said, they were convinced that it was indeed a private affair sponsored by the Kahane family, rather than an illegal Kach function.
