G-d performed a miracle in saving Yehudah Na’amad from death by an Arab terrorist on the Sabbath, his mother tells Arutz Sheva.
Ronit Na'amad, whose son Yehudah was stabbed on the Sabbath by an Arab terrorist in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramot, told Arutz Sheva, “His condition has improved, and I hope the doctors soon will be able to detach medical support systems and we can see him stand on his own.”
Yehudah Na'amad’s Sabbath afternoon walk turned into a nightmare terrorist attack. “He went for a walk with a friend, and the terrorist crept on him from behind and stabbed him in the back," his mother related.
“Yehudah did not lose his sense of balance and struck the terrorist in the face. The attacker then stabbed him repeatedly in the stomach, and Yehudah was able to gather enough strength to flee.
“The terrorist was frightened and fled towards the village of Beit Iksa, a five-minute walk from the scene of the attack.
“Thank G-d, a neighbor, who is a doctor, arrived quickly, and Yehudah was evacuated in a short time to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
“There is not a doubt that HaShem performed a miracle for us. It could have ended differently. We are strong in our belief that He was testing us and that we will become even stronger.”
She asks readers to pray for the speedy and complete recovery of Yehudah ben Ronit.
