Military prosecutors indicted four terrorists on Tuesday for the 23 March 2011 bus bombing in Jerusalem.
One 56-year-old woman, British tourist Mary-Jane Gardner, died of wounds sustained in the bombing. Some 50 others were injured.
The charges were submitted to the Judea Military Court where the trial will be held.
The indictments come just one month after Israel's General Security Services announced they had broken up several Hamas cells in Judea and Samaria, including the Hevron cell responsible for the bombing.
Members of the cell recruited the terrorist who executed the attack, by leaving the explosive device in a bus station after noticing a gathering on the premises, walking away and detonating the device.
The IDF spokesperson's office declined to comment further on the case.
