
4 cups puffed rice (unsweetened)
1 lb (2 containers) cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 tblspns mushroom or onion soup mix
2 onions, chopped and fried
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
salt
pepper
Mix all ingredients. Pour into medium baking tray. Bake at 180F till golden.
