Army Radio\'s lead headline this morning was that the government would negotiate even while the violence continues. The actual story, however, then quoted Zalman Shoval - former Israeli Ambassador to U.S. and top advisor to Prime Minister Sharon - as saying only that rocks or firebombs thrown by youths would not be considered violence that would prevent negotiations.
