The grass-roots effort to keep Rachel\'s Tomb in the public awareness continues. Chanukah candle-lighting will take place this Sunday night, the first night of Chanukah, with Tourism Minister Benny Elon. A special bus will leave the Gilo-Bethlehem intersection at 4:30 PM to take visitors to the holy site. Throughout the eight-day holiday, Egged bus #163 will leave every hour between 9AM and 3PM (til 11 on Friday) from Jerusalem\'s Central Bus Station, and shuttle buses will leave from the above intersection between 9 and 3. The organizers say that their goal is to restore the status quo as it was before the current Oslo War, i.e., free access to Rachel\'s Tomb at all times.
