Tuesday Night Live in Jerusalem (TNL) will be launching its fourth season of entertaining, educating and inspiring the English speaking Jerusalem community, while projecting a message of inspiration, truth, and unwavering dedication to the Land of Israel.
On Tuesday February 15, 2011, TNL hosts Ari Abramowitz and Jeremy Gimpel, will be welcoming another capacity crowd at the Heichal Shlomo theatre in downtown Jerusalem, and they will be treated to one of the most dynamic of the sixty shows, TNL has filmed to date.
The show will feature the billboard topping, international renowned hip hop artist, Shyne but now, as he walks the streets of Jerusalem, he prefers to be known as Moshe Levi ben David. The son of the Prime Minister of Belize, Shyne is an international curiosity, as he is only months removed from completing a 9 year prison sentence stemming from a night club shooting in New York City; he is about to release four more albums including “Messiah” and “Gangland;” and he also appears ready to take on the role of a role model for all who are down on their luck, including Gilad Shalit and Jonathan Pollard.
But that is not all, TNL will also feature the accomplished and articulate Director General of the Yesha Council, Naftali Bennett, who will expound on the critical role that YESHA will play in the post-Mubarak Middle-East. Finally, the music sensation Shtar, fresh off their UK tour will inspire the crowd and elevate the evening.
Already TNL has had an eventful beginning to 2011. TNL filmed a show in Ft Lauderdale, FL that unified and galvanized the Jewish community there on behalf of the Jewish people and the Land of Israel. A sell-out crowd of more than 1200 consisting of all denominations of Judaism came to hear Gimpel and Abramowitz showcase the positives about Israel alongside of their guests, Jackie Mason, Rep. Allen West, and former PLO terrorist Walid Shoebat.
The show captured the interest of the local media where CBS News as well as the NBC News both covered the show as a unique method of communicating to the world the beauty and the truth of the Jewish state of Israel that they do not get to see when watching most other news broadcasts of Israel.
With many more shows to be filmed in both the US and Jerusalem later this year, there are a lot more positive stories about Israel that need to be told and even more audiences that need to hear them.
The episodes of TNL will be featured at IsraelNationalNews.com.
