The Cellcom cellular phone company will again this year provide a free Chanukah service: an automatic reminder every day of Chanukah (except Friday and Shabbat) as to the time of holiday candle-lighting for that day. Those who are not yet signed up to the plan may do so by dialing *613 (corresponding to the number of Torah commandments) on their Cellcom phone.
