Israel began its retaliation against the Palestinian Authority shortly before 5 PM this evening. Nine rockets hit Arafat\'s headquarters in Gaza, destroying both of his personal helicopters and several buildings there. Arafat was in Ramallah at the time. More Israeli offensives are expected.
