Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's bureau published the annual report on the Prime Minister's health Sunday. According to the report, which was signed by the head of the Prime Minister's medical team, Dr. Tzvi Herman-Berkovich, Netanyahu is in excellent shape.
"The Prime Minister underwent a series of comprehensive laboratory tests including tests for blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides,” he wrote. “The Prime Minister also underwent a series of tests of the digestive system, the urinary system, the eyes, nose, ear and throat. These tests, too, showed a completely satisfactory condition.”
Netanyahu's blood pressure is “slightly elevated” and he is receiving “a balancing medicinal treatment that brings his blood pressure to 120/80.”
The report added that Netanyahu “maintains a healthy lifestyle and his nutrition is healthy.”
"He works out several times a week, a physical workout including a 40 minute walk and weightlifting. The Prime Minister recently underwent a stress test with very good results. He is in excellent physical shape. Other than a recommendation to reduce his weight by a few kilograms, there are no comments on the Prime Minister's health.”
