About 20 minutes after the double suicide attack, a car bomb exploded on Rabbi Kook St., around the corner. About 85 people are still hospitalized from the triple attack, including 14 in serious condition.

President Moshe Katzav accompanied Gen. Anthony Zinni to the site of the Jerusalem attack this morning. \"This is the deepest evil imaginable,\" Zinni said, after placing a wreath at the site. \"To attack young people and children, and then to attack rescue personnel - this is the lowest form of humanity that can be imagined.\" He called off his meetings with Israeli figures for today.

The Cabinet convened this morning, before the Haifa massacre, and decided unanimously to adopt recommendations made by Defense Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer and IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Sha\'ul Mofaz. No Arabs from Judea, Samaria, and Gaza will be allowed to travel outside of Yesha until further notice; only food, gas, and other essential supplies will be allowed into the Arab-populated areas there.

The Cabinet meeting will continue tomorrow, after Prime Minister Sharon returns from his abbreviated trip to the U.S. American President Bush agreed to hold his meeting with Sharon at noon today (Washington time), instead of tomorrow, to facilitate Sharon\'s early return. Washington correspondents say that Bush had been planning to make some demands of Sharon, but that in light of the terrorist onslaught on Israel, the Americans are now placing the onus entirely on the Palestinian Authority. Bush called on the PA to take action against the murderers and the organizations that support them.

In the meantime, the IDF has tightened its encirclement around all the PA cities. PA officials have emptied out their headquarters, for fear of Israeli strikes. Dozens of intelligence warnings of still more terrorist attacks continue to be examined by Israel\'s security bodies. A police search continues for an Arab who attempted to enter two schools in Talpiot, Jerusalem; they suspect that he was planning to carry out more terrorist carnage.

An Arutz-7 correspondent participated in one of the ten terrorist-victim funerals in Jerusalem today - that of Moshe Michael Dahan - and reported that the speakers hailed him as a true model of the synthesis of \"Torah and academic study.\" The deceased immigrated from France to Israel with his family a year ago, and studied in the Jerusalem College of Technology (Machon Lev), combining Torah studies and advanced science. He was scheduled to be married in three weeks\' time.
