No easy solutions for the water crisis. The inter-ministerial tender committee responsible for finding a contractor to deliver water from Turkey has invalidated both proposed bids. Neither of the two bidders, from Sweden and Greece, fulfilled the required conditions, including the deposit of guarantees and other technical clauses.
