No easy solutions for the water crisis. The inter-ministerial tender committee responsible for finding a contractor to deliver water from Turkey last night invalidated both bids that had been proposed. Neither of the two companies, from Sweden and Greece, fulfilled the required conditions, including the deposit of guarantees and other technical clauses.
