"Unfortunately, Israel has the most experience of anyone in the field of disaster management and preparedness," Isracare's Eli Stone and Bruce Markowitz told INR's Barnea Selavan.
Isracare, which now partners with ZAKA, advises large organizations, hospitals and cities on how to deal with major disasters. Stone said that "Isracare is the best in the world when it comes to this field."
