Palestinian Authority terrorists in northern Gaza launched a rocket attack on the western Negev Thursday afternoon, after a relatively long period of quiet.

The short-range 'Kassam' rocket hit a warehouse in the Eshkol Regional Council area, setting it ablaze.

No one was physically injured in the attack, although residents and workers were traumatized. The building was damaged.

No terrorist group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.

The attack occurred while Defense Minister Ehud Barak was meeting with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden at the IDF military base in the Kirya compound in Tel Aviv. The two leaders conducted an aerial tour of the city in a helicopter prior to the meeting.
