Arabs threw rocks at Israeli vehicles near Kiryat Arba Tuesday night. No one was injured but three cars were damaged. IDF troops were combing the area, searching for the culprits.
An 18-month-old baby was lightly wounded at about 2:30 PM Monday when Muslim hooligans threw rocks at the car he was traveling in, together with his mother and siblings. The car was heading toward Maaleh HaZeitim (The Mount of Olives) in eastern Jerusalem.
The baby was taken to Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus. He was released after he received medical treatment in the emergency room.
Residents of Maaleh HaZeitim told Arutz Sheva that local Arabs behaved wildly throughout the day, throwing stones at cars belonging to Jewish residents and at their guests who had come over for the second day of Purim. They noted that although they alerted the police, it took a long time for police to arrive. When they finally came, they did nothing to remedy the situation.
