Professor Hillel Frisch, a senior researcher at the Bar Ilan University Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA), spoke with Arutz Sheva TV at the BESA conference titled "Dead End with the Palestinians."
Prof. Frisch, whose lecture was devoted called "Can the Palestinian Authority be a Partner to An Agreement?", said that as long as there is no actual partner and the negotiations are useless, the peace talks cause only harm and increased violence. He explained the idea to Arutz Sheva.
