Tuesday Night Live in Jerusalem, the English language television show taped live in front of over 500 people in downtown Jerusalem, is launching its third season on Tuesday, January 5th. What started out as an internet video-cast has grown to cable and beyond, being aired in over 100 million homes across North America.
The upcoming season premier will feature Caroline Glick, the deputy editor of the Jerusalem Post, whose internationally syndicated columns influence both public opinion and public policy. She is a senior fellow for Middle East affairs at the Washington DC based Center for Security Policy and is the author of “Shackled Warrior: Israel and the Global Jihad.”
Also featured will be Rabbi Nathan Lopes Cardozo. Dean of the The David Cardozo Academy in Jerusalem, Rabbi Cardozo has authored “Judaism On Trial: An Unconventional Discussion about Jews,” “Judaism and the State of Israel,” “For the Love of Israel and the Jewish People” and many others.
The musical guest will be Semantra, who blends Middle Eastern sounds with rock and pop. The band features lead singer Shmuel Nelson, formerly of the critically acclaimed Eden MiQedem.
Tuesday Night Live is filmed in front of a live studio audience and hosted by Ari Abramowitz and Jeremy Gimpel, reserve officers in the Israel Defense Force and hosts of the podcast A Light Unto the Nations on Israel National Radio.
