Irwin Cotler, former Canadian Minister of Justice and Attorney General, spoke at the Conference of the Global Forum for Combating Anti-Semitism.
Cotler spoke at a panel discussion titled “Trends in the Delegitimization of Israel in the International Arena” and referred to a speech he made more than 30 years ago under practically the same title.
